Very Pleased with UFB Direct. I have really enjoyed my experience with UFB Direct high-yield savings account. Their app is very user-friendly. I had one issue in my first money transfer after first setting up my account. Their customer service team was very helpful and patient with my concerns, and they corrected the problem right away. I wanted to provide some insight on my experience with them. They are backed by the FDIC, and they are a component of AXOS bank. So you can verify their FDIC membership that way. They are currently paying 2.85% APY, which is the highest I could find. That is the positive. You don’t need your savings account to be great, but you don’t want it to be miserable.
