So a few points I've noticed: save/reload is a no go, has to be done in one life. a lot of guards tend to duck their hats down. You can kill them but it may not count as a headshot. Save the bullets for painting their face! if you get into a hand-to-hand brawl and fire a shot, it usually counts as a headshot.
