IB's algorithm is more of a "sampling rate" type approach, whereas Lightspeed seems to be more of a direct feed. The Lightspeed application is Windows only. Regulatory disclosures aside, any sort of trading where rebates and routing paths matter usually isn't a good fit for IB.
