None of those readings are enough out of nominal to be concerned about... It looks like your jumper to 12 volts is done correctly -- so if the other terminal of the coil is getting switched up and down it should provide spark.It is popping and is backfiring through the carb. I bought some starter spray, and same condition - cranks and backfiring through carb seems to be more. Went to check spark plugs. Turned gas switch off at the left hand side tank selector. Took right side plug out, plugged it back and and put end on a ground, cranked, it sparked.

Just prior, I had done a complete tune-up, new fluids, etc - the whole works. It started right up, ran for 15 minutes and quit. No spark to the plugs!
