GShade is a highly modified ReShade fork & utility package with numerous improvements and settings autodetection for over 300 games. Note that all shaders in this repository are intended for use with the latest GShade release. Then I downloaded the gshade file again. It still said it was harmful but I had to hover over the blocked download and click the 3 dots. Then I selected to keep and clicked save as. I saved the gshade to my desktop and now I am able to transfer it to my gshade application.
