We had a 1 hr wait on a Sunday afternoon in June to leave. The workers were working hard and it seems organized. I would advise to plan your route to the ferry line because it backs up through the intersection at times. We were making a left turn to get in the ferry line and because of the back up very few cars could go on the green arrow.
