He was online and it started doing an automatic update. Then he says he saw a blue screen. He got nervous and unplugged the computer. Now when I try to turn it on the power button lights just slowly blink 5 white then 2 orange and just keeps repeating. I cn hear the fan inside the computer so I know there is some power to it.
