I have only stayed at the Elegance - just got back from our 3rd visit, and have heard good things about the Colonial as well! Though both resorts have an AO section, the Colonial leans more towards families as compared to the Majestic.

Elegance is 2nd oldest and will in fact close for renovations shortly.
