The solution to me was the BCM mega fuse at the front of the battery box. If you start the vehicle and let it idle, then grab those wires by the battery box and move them around, chances are you'll be able to get the vehicle to shut down. Once I duplicated the issue like that, I knew it was one of those fuses.
