I think an H block has a parent bore of 3.562 where as the 300-350 block has a parent bore of 3.75 The 350 sleeve has a flange od of 4" You can possibly bore the H block for the larger sleeve od as well as machining the counterbore for the larger flange. Supers up through 350 used the bigger carb. ive seen after market manifolds with elongated holes so either will bolt up.The super C showed up about the time plain H's were done and moving to a Super H. The super C was made to have a fast hitch and the hydraulics to go with it. The H series didn't have a fast hitch until they morphed into the 300 models. The H is certainly heavier for pulling and the placement of the belt pully is better than on the C series.
