Farmall super h vs h.

The M has a little more power (an 88 would be more comparable)and a faster road gear than the 77 but thats about where the M's advantages end. The Oliver 77 has a 6 speed transmission, 6 cylinder engine, live pto, (a must for bailing)live hydraulics, and a 12 volt electrical system. The 77 just seems like a much more advanced tractor.

Supers up through 350 used the bigger carb. ive seen after market manifolds with elongated holes so either will bolt up.The super C showed up about the time plain H's were done and moving to a Super H. The super C was made to have a fast hitch and the hydraulics to go with it. The H series didn't have a fast hitch until they morphed into the 300 models. The H is certainly heavier for pulling and the placement of the belt pully is better than on the C series.
