I think that when February rolls around I will take the step from a 10 gauge to an 8. I basically want to know what the procedure will be.If you go slowly enough you can get there. Plan to take 2-3 hours for the 6g stretch. The bigger the gauge, the longer it takes. My 00g stretch took 14 hours over two days. A minimum 3" long taper that will thread onto your 6g bar will help.
