I prefer Sacrosanct because Better Vampires changes too much about base vampires and not enough about the vampire lord form, which is supposed to be the main selling point. Of course the magnitudes in lord form are still better than vanilla, but eventually your mortal form plain outclasses it.

The BSP spells are still learnable by anyone via Spell Tomes but to enhance them, you need to be a VL. Both mods add a Blood Drain- and Cloak Spell. So you can end up havin g two versions of those spells. But this can easily be changed if wanted.
