If you want an actual budget rolling magma build then I know both Rue and Palsteron made budget builds. My build is currently 2.5~ mirrors, with the only real upgrade left being a mirror tier weapon, which probably isn't happening because I doubt anyone makes a mirror weapon for this build.

Rolling magma is great. For Templar it works perfectly fine. As marauder I'd rather level with attack based skills at least in first 1-3 acts before actual damage nodes/skills like rf/arms brand.
