Like Chuck, I believe The Villages Lake County is all part of the town of Lady Lake. We saw an electric company down in Citrus Grove that expanded on its land and made things unsightly in the area. We noticed it when we were driving in nearby Newell. The bottom line is, if someone else owns the adjacent property, expect the unexpected.
