Some people with thicker hair regret getting microlocs because they end up seeming like far too many once the hair starts locking and maturing. But more locs for those of us with thinner hair can be helpful since smaller locs can give the appearance of more volume. I have a tad more than 90 locs. I have finer hair, slightly lower density.
