You can't ask her to get cured after the questline. You have to ask her the correct dialogue choices during the questline, and then she will leave to get cured. If you miss out on one of them, she can't be cured. You have to stay human and be in the dawn guard the entire time. If you became a vampire at all during it, then it wont let you.
