It looks like the cheapest way to get into 50 bmg is buying an AR upper conversion. Safety Harbor has a 29" barrel version that's $1550. Does anyone have any experience with them? The 22" barrel would be a lot handier, and $100 cheaper, but the muzzle velocity takes a huge hit versus the 29".
