I haven't been to Popeyes in long while. I saw 1 1/2 stars rating before I visited. Read the reviews and was somewhat leery on visiting. But I did anyway in hopes that the rating was not accurate. I ordered 5 pc combo chicken tenders spicy. Chicken was good fry's were warm not hot, biscuit was smaller then what I remember.Six chicken wings are marinated in a fiery ghost pepper spice blend for a minimum of 12 hours, allowing enough time for the spice to totally saturate the meat. Once tenderized and infused with flavor, the wings are then hand-battered and breaded before they make it into your chicken box, alongside Popeyes' signature buttermilk ranch. Only 2 people ahead of me in line, finally after 21 minutes, the first customer moved on, the next person just having to stand and wait. After 30 minutes, I just got fed up and left. There was food all over the tables and seating, windows were discusting, all surfaces were absolutely filthy including the floor.
