The staff were very friendly. I have never eaten at a popeyes before so I really didn't know what to expect. I ordered like the 8 piece family meal for me and friends with biscuits and mashed potatoes and gravy. We also got one of those oreo cream pie things. The chicken- holy heck for fast food fried chicken it was moist and tender and delicious.We left, traveled 15 minutes to ANOTHER Popeyes chicken that had a FULL pass of chicken and sides and a super friendly front counter girl, Who informed us that they don't have those issues as they do not serve delivery services. Maybe the Campbell location could take lessons from other Popeyes on what GREAT customer service really is. Let me just start off by saying the biscuit tasted so buttery/soft, and the mac&cheese was real good. No complaints on the chicken tendies. The overall atmosphere was pleasant, and i even noticed the manager going table to table asking if everyone was enjoying their meal. Best first Popeyes experience EVER! I'm an avid Popeyes chicken fan... but this franchise location is very below par. The location is extremely dirty and the bathrooms were not clean. In terms of the chicken, it's as fantastic as you'd expect. But it's the over all appearance of the restaurant itself that I question. I highly recommend to just pick up to go.
