Okay, according to the build calculator I used, which I think is accurate: keen Nagakiba with 18 str and 80 dex = 601. quality Nagakiba with 54 str and 60 dex = 622 (held 2-handed) Basically, stick with keen. Apparently I rely on the extra reach of Nagakiba more than I realized. Anything bleed resistant laughs off this build also cause it really sells out hard for bleed procs. Before I go back I’m trying to optimize a bit, the 35 Str feels like overkill on the keen Nagakiba… though it does help with great bows. The build I am going for is the nagakiba with the bloodflame blade incantation. I am thinking of investing in str/dex for the nagakiba, and a bit of faith because of bloodflame. Yura is already dead and replaced by Shabriri. You need to do Yura's quest to the point where he's at the Second Church of Marika in Altus, at which point he will die and drop the Nagakiba. There are a few spots he moves to for his quest line. Check if he left the sword at any location you can meet him.

I would say the bleed build is overall probably stronger, but some enemies are immune to bleed, so keen will be more consistent. Depends on how you wanna build the rest of your character. Well which 2 is super dependent on your character. On my arcane build I used RoB and Nagakiba, but when I eventually acquired 2 of each I found that 2 Naga are best (for me) in terms of function. I just preferred the range versus the bonus punch the RoB brings to the table. RoB on the other hand wins the day in terms of fashion for sure 😆 ...
