From what I gather, it is down to personal preference and study habits. However amongst my friends, most prefer Uworld over MKSAP. For me personally, I did the ABIM Fast Track program so I only had 2 years of internal medicine, and I didn't take the ABIM exam until after a year of fellowship (aka plenty of time to forget internal medicine) and I found Uworld to be excellent.
