For that you will have to wait for it …No difference in xp/rank points awarded. The only thing that makes a difference is doing them consecutively and what rank you currently are. Legends is faster and you get a bonus if you don't leave, but regular is longer, more loot, and basically garuntee you don't lose your streak bonus if you just go between dares and the treasure place.
Legend difficulty is for Nightfalls, Lost Sectors, Dares of Eternity and weekly campaign missions, which has two difficulty levels above it, Master and Grandmaster (for Nightfalls).High stat armor and a much better chance to get a lightning round.
