Reduvia has pure Physical and is just fine. For the status build-up it works, but dmg scaling itself is buggered. You can simply see the scaling at the weapons stats. Most of the time the stats have something added, for example 200 + 150. I know Rivers of Blood is the new jam for bleed builds but I'm still a ways away from getting it and I'd rather use the polearm anyway cause it just looks cooler. It does not help your Eleonora's Poleblade though Arcane is 20. So the bleed build-up and overall damage of your Elenora's Poleblade is subpar period. As for your incantations, scale them down. There's no way you're using them all in a fight. Also, Death Lightning is pretty worthless in PvE. My Critique: Your build is 4/10.
