She has a great teaching technique. I took her for Goverment 2306 Texas and I do not like politics at all. I learned so much in her class. It was for a 5 week summer course and now I feel like I am an expert at politics. She checks on you and she cares about her students.She is always open to discussion and our thoughts in all lectures, which helps us understand the content better. I would 100% recommend her. Prof. Brown is what every Sociology prof should model themselves after.narrowing a full term SOCI class into 5 weeks was made simple and easy. Her lectures are posted to YouTube, her delivery is on-point, and the work (discussions,quizzes, and WR's) can directly be referenced within the lectures. I was registered for another prof at HCC, and switched to this professor. Prof Clemens is a very patient and thorough professor. He is dedicated to his students and responds quickly to email after with you if you do not grasp any concepts. I hated chemistry but was required to take, he was a GREAT help considering that fact!The prof. does not provide any resources and the online textbook doesn't help at all. You're going to have to search up 90% of everything yourself. The exams are usually around 20 questions long but you're only given 5 minutes per question and each correct answer gets you 3 points while showing the correct work gets you 2.
