What I did to fix my issue is I installed MelonLoader manually, essentially download the verson of MelonLoader off of the Thunderstore for Boneworks and drag and drop the contents of the zip file into the Boneworks Directory, then load the Boneworks.exe file regularly and it'll install the rest of the needed files. 1.This directory shouldn't exist. There, copy 4 files: doorstop_config.ini, start_game_bepinex.sh, start_server_bepinex.sh, winhttp.dll. Paste and Replace those 4 files to Valheim game directory. You should not be having this issue. Most people would recommend a complete game directory wipe and starting fresh.R2modman automatically checks for updates. You can choose update all and it's done instantly. The fix for it on my end was to "Go Back to Game Selection" and make sure the correct game is selected. For me, it was originally on RoR2 instead of Rounds.
