I got this one in the last Orphix Venom Endurance session at Wave 13. I was a Client, and I pressed 5 as the Orphix appears and I was forced out of my Warframe. I couldn't get into my personal Necramech afterwards. This bug frustrated me so much I ended up Alt-F4ing and dumping the session altogether.
