My internet hasn’t been working for 3 days. It says wifi works but no internet connection. it’s been rebooted multiple times, power cycled, hard reset & I even flushed the dns. Unfortunately it’s still not working. All the lights on the modem are working, but i can’t connect to the system control center via direct plug in or wifi.Our internet is not working at all, it appears many people are all having the same issue. Although you might not have a Fusion account, the number being shown from the modem's System Status page or from the old Usage Meter reflects upon incorrect (default) plan totals of 250GB ... Very slow. The system has always been very slow. Like a couple of minutes to load any page. Just trying to pin it down, have a couple of questions. Have done many speed tests all good, and several data loss tests, all good. The LAN light on the modem is always on and flashing, with nothing plugged into the LAN ports. Is this normal? Is 105 a good.

I can get to the router setup, but not system control center. I've tried setting the dns to Google's, and setting it to get from ISP. Nothing works. At least nothing beyond the router works. I've power cycled, and rebooted in the router setup. I'm afraid there is a problem with modem since I can't get to system control center.
