Then just sneaked up behind her, and did a non-lethal takedown. Easy peasy. Done in less then 30 seconds. I've found that with most all these cyberpsycho's, there's at least something in the area, that you can use to distract them, allowing you to sneak in behind them and do a non-lethal takedown.
