Go with the Predator. If you want to take one shot, wait for the barrel to cool (5 min) then repeat. There are pluses and minuses to both. The integral Tikka rail is more failure proof, but it limits you to a couple of mounts. The pic rail can be reliable, but you need to epoxy it in place. There are lots of ring options available, but it’s also higher than the integral Tikka integral rail.

Second, the rifle rifle will be heavier resulting in a more stable platform and less recoil. Third, the barrel is 24 in long vs the 22 and change on the Tikka resulting in a slightly faster bullet, not much, but some. Just my .02.The Tikka synthetic stock is one of the better designs.
