I was getting the code for "stuck throttle" so I pulled every connection on the machine I could find, cleaned them all and applied dielectric grease. The stuck throttle code is gone. -Now I'm getting code 51 which is an injector issue (edited in post 3). The machine seems to run fine.After completing it all I took it for a ride. Just put in a sparks big bore motor, new bikeman exhaust, new O2 sensor and fuel commander. Pulls like a champ down low and then just seems dead up top. This code can be set due to an exhaust leak, Intake system leak, or faulty O2 sensor system. Check O2 sensor wiring and this code may accompany other codes. The medium numbers to the right (SPN) are the code itself. The small numbers at the bottom right are the FMI codes. The FMI on the 228 code gives a little more info to the problem, need that code. Aug 14, 2018 · I had these two codes, 65590 is misfire detected cylinder not identified. 65592 is misfire cylinder 2 (mag), plus 520344 - 17. Research suggested it might be the O2 sensor or TPS. I took it to the dealer where it was purchased (4 Seasons Motorsports Rye, AZ.) and it turned out to be the fuel pump and 1 bad fuel injector.

You should try removing the positive (+) battery lead for a good while and allow the ECU to "reset" itself.
