There should be a “mini-count“ directly before implementing RRECS & that’s the only types of counts in the near future. The amount of minutes allowed for raw piece pay is in the back of any PO 603 which is at every carrier case (or at least is supposed to be). In the back under count values the amount of time for raw count letter size mail is listed.
