Premed is really good for P/S but I would say its weak in the other sections. So it really depends if you want a good deck for all the section I would either use miles down or the ortho deck. In terms of incorporating it into my readings, I would usually do the specific anki deck for a chapter after I've read and take notes on that chapter. So yes, the MD deck is still relevant to the MCAT and will cover the content you need. If you find that something big is missing, you can always add your own cards as you go.

I personally found jack sparrow to be good for biochem, bio, and orgo. I use milesdown for Gen Chem, but that's because I have a better background in it. I would switch to the anking for that but I found out too late. For p/s, Mr. Pankow or Jack sparrow is good. You may want to use my deck, posted here yesterday. Use Jack Sparrow.

I never took any psych or sociology class in undergrad, I got a 132 on P/S and basically all of my content knowledge came from that deck. I did around 80 biochem and 80 biology cards per day and then 20 physics cards. I worked through premed P/S and did about 80 cards per day out of that too but I'm sure you could do 80 MD cards as well. I skipped the chem decks due to burnout and it was my strongest subject. JS also corresponds to the Kaplan books (except P/S, where it’s for the 300 KA). Not sure about mile down. It’s up to you which you pick depending on what score you want. Jacksparrow is super inefficient, but Miledown isn’t entirely comprehensive.

The JS deck is just so much more in depth than the MD one to me, and it's based directly off the Kaplan books. So I review a chapter in the books and then do the JS deck for that chapter to help it stick.
