Jake brake not working on high.

Toggle the switch between high and low. There is a distinct difference in the exhaust sound between high and low. From past experiance i know that if the gas pedal is not showing 0 input the jake brake will not operate. Most likely you have an aftermarket turbo on nit with no exhaust brake. I don't know how to tell without you taking some pictures and posting them here.

The spool valves can leak or blow apart causing a weak Jake or a cylinder to not work on the Jake. The spool valves also act as detents and park the Jake rocker arms when the Jake is not in use.
