I have the completion certificates and did the math that training I’ve done has already summed up 15.5 hours. I emailed CDSS and they told me the same thing, to make sure they fell under the same category for incentive 1.

My career pathways hours seem to be paid 3-6 weeks after I completethe class; I submit online the completed class's info the same day. My problem is that I will get multiple emails stating I am being paid let's say $108 in seven separate emails in the same day, and only get two $108 payments three days later. I am so confused!

Incentives 2&3 are AFTER completing the classes and getting paid for them, you must first work with a client for 40hrs a month for either 1 or 6 months THEN submit for incentive. They want you to use the skills obtained in the program with your client then submit. The classes HAVE TO pertain to your client.

just because the incentive (bonus) requires you to do 15 hours doesn't mean you stop taking courses after 15 hours. incentive is a one time payment. training time is paid on an ongoing basis for all the classes you take. so if you just stop at the point of getting the incentive (15 hours), you are missing out on other 100+ classes.Participation is VOLUNTARY.
