My previous 2015 Odyssey never had a problem. It never saw the dealership during the entire 3 year lease except pick up and turn in. Not a good start.

Look in by the gas cap. There is a switch button. Press it in and it will think the door is closed. Use a piece if duct tape or whatever to hold it in.
