Geometry dash wont open.
I tried booting up geometry dash on my laptop, but it wouldn't open. I tried going into the files and opening it that way, but all it said was along the lines of "Missing MSVCR120.dll file." and I don't know how to fix it. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, didn't work. If anybody has tips / tricks to help with this, it'd be greatly appreciated.

It won't start. Nothing appears. I try to launch, and nothing happens. I have tried reinstalling, compatibility mode, deleting CCGameManager.dat, verifying the game files, launching it as administrator, repairing the vcredist stuff, and restarting my computer. Any ideas on how to fix this?EDIT: Ok, so I did what Robtop saud and when I tried to open geometry dash it did a very small update (don't know if that was because I renamed the files or because there actually was an update). When it was done and I tried to open it, same as always, literally nothing happened at all. I restarted mt computer and still nothing happens.

Have you tried deleting it from you computer compleatly, if not do that. You also want to check if the firewall on your computer is not letting geometry dash through, if you have a firewall try turning it off and open gd. If that works the it is your fire wall. GD won't open, (SOLUTION) If GD doesn't open when updating, you need to go to your file explorer, where you should find 2 folders for Geometry Dash, one called "Resources" and the other called "Geometry Dash." 1.--Go into the "Geometry Dash" folder. Once there, you have to delete all the images there EXCEPT for the "Resources" folders and the ".dll" files.Open the game, load from the cloud, your rewards are ok and the game works fine.
