I did run 50 and 30. The only thing was give mats faster but didn’t increase plus’s it help with durability. Difference is if you grab efficient harvest that’s 2 times harvest rate on top of 4 times. In general you use healing potions in combat and bandages outside of combat. Just be aware that taking any damage will stop your heal, so make sure you have some time to actually drink the potion and let it heal you before you get hit.
