I bought a 74 f350 with a 360 and it had an hei distributor on it. the hei distributor looks cheap and has no brand-name anywhere so I can only assume it's a cheap-o.The part number is F3HT-9C676-AA. It is a flexible plastic tube that slips onto the air intake on the radiator support, and onto the filter housing on the other. The truck is a 95 F-800, with a 5.9L 12 valve Cummins. Update: My local dealer has given me a newer part number, it is F3HZ9C675A. Thanks!

That rear spring configuration is most common on MY2017 F-250’s with the camper package or snowplow/camper package. It’s also the standard configuration on F-350 SRW gasser trucks with 17” wheels.
