This went on from the fall until two weeks ago. Strangely sometimes the Fidium router only dropped wirelessly connected devices and ethernet connected devices stayed online. After repeated service calls from Fidium where all equipment was replaced (ONT, router, pods, ethernet cables, Fidium even dropped a new line from the pole, etc.),The ONT and router fortunately are both operational; my best guess is that they ended up reprovisioning the 10G port on the ONT so that it would pass data. Fidium equipment (excluding the ONT) sucks - it is usually better to use your own router. Use your own router and access points/mesh/etc. The Adtrans aren't that great and Fidium locks down a good number of settings in the router so you can't tweak it. Get an Asus or TP-Link.
