As far as the enclave plasma flamer, generally the same as the others, AA, bloodied, vampires, etc. quad is useless. I have a 2* AA/ap regen on kill and it slaughters everything. I would probably keep rolling for a vampires (I have a 2 plasma flamers) but I’m keeping the AA for sure.I don't know what the "best" are but mods can be found occasionally at Watoga bot vendors. The enclave flamer mod is only available from two places. Watoga shopping plaza and from doing just "LOST CONNECTIONS" events. Other Enclave mods can be found at Watoga station, but now the flamer mod. All of the Enclave mods are sold at the Watoga vendors, but there are different versions of the flamer mod that might appear. The aligned mod is just the best (or at least most popular) version. Yeah I have a V50c25 one and it does work. Unfortunately even with the aligned Flamer mod, people don’t want to trade for it because it doesn’t have the reflex sight lol. I don’t mind holding on to it. Oh yeah, so first time I got the aligned Flamer mod I thought they grew on trees so used it on a basic enclave plasma lol.It does 95% of the damage of the Enclave version and you don't have to wage time hunting for mods or trading good stuff to get one.
