I disassambled one and upgraded the other. Now I have the legendary version and also a new blue version (with a little yellow exclamation mark). I checked which piece of evidence (in addition to other loot) I'm supposed to get and I can confirm that I do indeed have the shard "Archived Conversation: Maria And Sebastian "Padre" Ibarra" in my inventory (I did loot the officer upon first visiting the location). Just finished this fight on hard, no glitch, died about 5 times to calm myself during the fight, it's an amazing fight, dude turns up out of nowhere and you're immediately thrust into a fix fuckall fight.
