The internal system "upgrade" blocks existing account holders, does NOT reset password or account no matter how many times one tries, and the links in Cubesmart emails take account holders to a mobile site where there is no login option!!! Calls to all customer service lines are met ... Good Company but terrible District/ local management. The company has a great idea of its customer care motto, but it is tough to do when the job of 2-3 done by one individual at 90% of the locations. Cant be on property and in office at the same time, no help given. Expectations are unreachable.
I moved in 3/23/22 and am moving out 4/29/23 and have to pay a full month till 5/23. I asked to be prorated till end of the month in April and told per my contract, I am to pay a full 30 days.
