We are fighting our way into the Moonrise prison to free the Tieflings and Gnomes and after one kill she gets the message her oath is broken. I am pretty sure killing torturous, evil cult members who are victimizing the innocent falls under her Vengeance Oath.

When you bring the ledger back in that dialog there's an Oath of Vengeance option and if you pick that and then spare her you break Oath, but if you pick any of the other options and spare her there's no breakage.
