Aug 26, 2020 · RoundPoint incorrectly overstated Blanton’s new monthly payment by at least $81. Blanton contacted RoundPoint and attempted to resolve this error, to no avail. RoundPoint then sent Blanton her January mortgage statement; Blanton submitted an incomplete payment that did not cover the property tax and hazard insurance portion of her escrow payment.
