I've followed the reset procedures but the passenger side front window does not work. from the driver side it does not work the passenger side at all, from the passenger side it goes down but only goes up 2-3" at a time. I tried 4 different versions of the reset and they dont solve the problem.

Its not a model specific issue it’s something that isn’t common but does happen. A dealer will replace the window mechanism if thats the case.
