Still stuck on creating squad. Been stuck on creating squad on Xbox for the past 24 hours and on Ubisoft’s website it says there’s nothing wrong with the servers. these servers are joke, was doing some T-hunt warm up 5 min ago went back to main menu stuck on creating squad for ages. It's terrible on pc also... Huge problem is going around ...

Damn. First thing to check is firewall and anti-virus, make sure they haven't partially blocked Siege from using internet connection. Another problem can be UPNP -protocol. Google "Rainbow Six: Siege upnp problem" and read up, if someone has similiar issue than you and fixed it with UPNP settings.
