I changed the vacuum sensor and put a new fuel filter on it but the problem persist. Any ideas or suggestions would be appreciated thanks for your time in advance. 2011 3500 SRW LML. If no signal to the BCM, check the pink wire on connector X1 at the BCM, pin 2, and the white wire connector X1 at the BCM pin 4. With the key in start position, both of these should have voltage. Ended up being a lgh, out of a cab chassis 2013, everything matched up other then one egr plug. But being as egr is deleted it shouldn't be a huge deal, the truck cranks but won't fire up.

Hey John, FYI I found out the injectors NEED minimum 1500 PSI of rail pressure to open, at least the LML with piezo injectors do, and I'd bet the older ones do too. I've got plenty of tips and suggestions for making it as easy as possible.

Loosen the bleeder screw- next to the primer pump on the filter housing, pump the primer until fuel comes out, tighten the screw [careful it is plastic] continue pumping the primer until firm.
