Energy Blade +Lucky shot build + a golden bow with godly inscriptions on Catis easily one of the highest single shot damage builds ive played. I main Lei Luo now because I like him more and his DPS seems more consistent and less reliant on a single ascension, but my highest single shot on Lei Luo is about 650k while my Prince is 1.2mil.

You don't even need that much for scrolls, if you have a half decent wild hunt you could get by with just a bit more lucky shot, the lucky shot boost from hail of bullets is so damn strong.

I do critx on the strike wing with lei Luo. Works great because you can clear small mobs while also retaining good single target damage. Altho I often duo with a cat player for that easy miasma with lightning messenger + corrosion grenades. Might do corrosive Gemini on the strike wing (still with lightning messenger) if I was gonna solo.
