Put your worries aside, Obsidian has done a fine job with the sequel. Offering a deep story, interesting characters, and new Force powers to light up your TV screen, Star Wars Knights of the Old ...It seems like they thought it would be cool to have the twist, but didn't exactly develop it well, in true Bioware fashion. This wouldn't normally be an issue, but when everyone and their brother starts comparing KOTOR to works of literature and such nonsense, somebody has to shoot that silliness down.

I hate when someone tells me "oh this movie is so good, there is a great twist at the end, you'll see !". Because I will expect it and think about it while watching the movie, and when it will be revealed, it won't surprise me as if I didn't know there was a twist. I have not played KOTOR yet and didn't know it has a twist.
