It honestly depends. I thought the Sample was horribly difficult and FL3 was way too inflated. I think FL2 was the most accurate. Sample: 512 FL1: 512 FL2: 516 FL3: 522 Actual: 517. People say Sample is easier than FL1 but I found FL1 easier than sample... especially the B/B section. 3 = hardest.

Their exams' scoring is really deflated so that you have the impression of jumping 10 points when you take the real deal. I haven't taken the actual MCAT yet (tomorrow!), but the disparity between my Kaplan scores and AAMC scores is crazy. Jack Westin is pretty good for a free question bank, and Khan Academy questions are nothing like what you'll see on the exam but still alright to check your content knowledge after watching the corresponding videos. 2.623. Both but the key is the explanations which are AMAZING. Also it gets you comfortable with seeing hard stuff and guessing which helps you stay calm on the real deal which will 100% be harder than what you’ve seen during practice at one point or another. The PS was very representative and the style of the BB passages was representative as well. I thought the physics was harder than aamc material but still fair. I’ve heard that uworld uses some of the same passages as aamc for cars but never did any. The main advantage of uworld is the explanations on the qs. Very in-depth and informative. No denying the QPs (except CARS) are easier than exam day but you will see questions on the exam that are QP level. Do them if you have time.
No the FLs are the closest because they are previous exams and the real MCAT is not allot harder, it just subjectivly appeara harder because people are stressed since that's the only score that matters in the end. I’d say it’s closer to UWorld and the Section banks, especially C/P B/B and P/S.
